Presumably because it doesn't run on 4-STABLE right now? See the thread on -stable (mozilla and 4.2-RELEASE). FWIW, the fixes from Daniel Eischen <eischen@vigrid.com> from message <977175292.3a3e82fcc5d68@webmail.harmonic.co.il> work for me as of the latest nightly (20001222), and boy, is the new mozilla *FAST*.
