More info on this problem:
If you set up a virtual ftp for a virtual domain the server automatically
assumes that this server is going to be anonymous. If the primary domain
for this server does not want to allow anonymous then what do you do. I am
not asking for "install proftpd or wu-ftpd". I am just trying to nail this
down to see if this is a bug that ships with FreeBSD. From what I can
gather it is the same source in 3.1 as it is in 2.2.x. The authentication
mechanism happens before the chroot. Some please try this and tell if
something seems to be wrong. If it wont work right maybe we should disable
this feature in the tree.
