I'll give it a try in the coming week. I'm not sure what I can do, it would be my first 'proper' kernel programming (as opposed to quick hacks), and I have only one machine to test it on. There seems to be some renewed interest on the list, so perhaps someone else will contribute a patch too. Thanks Rahul
