Hi, List. I am a new subscriber.

I have a custom PicoBSD image, which has booted quite well until
recently. I've just rebuilt it against a fresh checkout of RELENG_4,
and suddenly it freezes after outputting "Mounting root from
ufs:/dev/md0c". It's a "live" freeze, the console is still alive (but
not echoing). CTL-ALT-DEL does nothing. I have a feeling I have done
something stupid, but I can't figure out what. The only difference I am
aware of is that I'm compiling from a slightly more recent version of
the FreeBSD source. Has anything changed recently that breaks PicoBSD?

It now dawns on me that I should try building and booting one of the
PicoBSD distribution images. I'll write again if I learn anything.

Thanks!
Mike.
