Log:
Using our current crtbegin.o/crtend.o we cannot support the DWARF2 unwinding
mechanisms. Once `make world' bootstraping problems with the EGCS crtstuff.c
is overcome, we will switch to the non-sjlj-exceptions type exception
machanism.
