I presume you mean you have jpeg-6b installed. I don't know of any
libjpeg6b library. jpeg-6b installs libjpeg.{a,so,so.9}.
server% /usr/sbin/pkg_info -L jpeg-6b_3 | grep libjpeg
/usr/local/lib/libjpeg.a
/usr/local/lib/libjpeg.so
/usr/local/lib/libjpeg.so.9
/usr/local/share/doc/jpeg/libjpeg.doc
