Unfortunately, this is how it's supposed to work now, but w/out any
accountability it doesn't work since folks assume that another person is
going to answer the question. And, once one person starts answering
questions then the group assumes those questions will always be answered
by that person since said person is considered an expert.
By doing the one-one talked about here, we get more experts and the end-user
gets better service, if sometimes a bit slower.
