The 2nd FreeBSD is all lower case. There isn't a "pt" version of the handbook even on ftp.freebsd.org.=20 There is one in espa=F1ol on=20 ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/es_ES.ISO8859-1/books/handbook. If you aren comfortable with English, you also have other languages.
