Log:
The lists of .o files for the static and dynamic
libraries differed. Here's a patch for
/usr/ports/lang/tcl76/files/Makefile.lib that makes
them the same.
Our tcl76 port builds the static library using it's own
makefile rather than the one generated by 'Configure'.
Makefile.lib was out of date apparently.
