https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=196633 Bug ID: 196633 Summary: Add quick mark out-of-date button for ports Product: Documentation Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Website Assignee: freebsd-doc@FreeBSD.org Reporter: jdhore1@gmail.com I feel it would be very helpful to users to have a quick "mark out-of-date" button on the port search results page that will automatically email the maintainer letting them know their port is out of date if the button is pressed. For additional security and to prevent spam, a captcha could probably be added. Also, to make things easier for the maintainer, perhaps there could be a user input field to input the new version number. I feel this would have a lot of benefit for end users as it is much quicker/easier to click a button and fill out a captcha than it is to file a full-on bug in bugzilla. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
