Dear Sirs, We are the State University of Moldova. We would like to produce a mirror of your information of FreeBSD and, as we have qualified translators, make a Russian variant of it. We would like to make all this in official way. Would it be a great problem for you to registre our domain www.md.FreeBSD.org and a bit later make a note about Russian Translation (Handbook, FAQs, Main Page)?
