Someone from the project closes the PR after they fix it, or in the case of OBE when they're going through the list of PRs for various reasons. Because bapt saw this and wrote a manual to "fix" it, he marks it fixed. You reopened it about the typo, and I wrote a fix and then marked it as fixed. I would appreciate if people would close their own PRs if either 1. They discover it was "Not a Bug" and actually their own error, or 2.
