AFAIK, every GSM model Nokia has sold here in Europe for the last couple of
years has this feature. I'm not so sure about their US models -- a lot of
them aren't GSM and they seem to lag behind the European releases a bit.

As for software for getting the logos onto the phone, I can highly
recommend LogoManager (http://www.logomanager.co.uk/); that site should
also be able to tell you exactly which models are supported. Windows-only,
unfortunately, but a useful bit of software nevertheless. The comms/gnokii
port may also do the trick. Again, I disclaim all knowledge of whether any
of this applies to non-GSM handsets.
