I have to agree. It took several months to successfully return and
receive credit for the WRONG CD-ROM which they sent me. After endless
phone calls over two months, a letter addressed to the manager of customer
service and still no action, I turned the matter over to my VISA company.

With a detailed record of all of my telephone calls, the names of the
people I talked to at Aberdeen, and a copy of my letter demanding credit,
the VISA company successfully got their attention.

My advice is to always buy parts with a major credit card just in case you
get aberdeened and need an advocate like VISA that WILL get your money
back. Better yet, buy from a known-reputable company, like Rod Grimes'
accurate automation, or insight direct for example.
