For now, those are mail/claws-mail-litehtml_viewer and mail/claws-mail-pgp ports. All claws-mail* ports should be handled as a group. Regarding GTK2 option - I agree its value is getting smaller over time, but I still prefer to keep it for some time. While not imminent, new GTK4 version could be created in future, so the multi-version infrastructure would be good to have ready.
