As far as I am aware, there is not (currently) a French translation for
the FreeBSD documentation. If there is (and someone knows about it) it's
not listed at

You'll probably reach a wider audience if you ask the same question in
the comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.misc newsgroup. It's also worth checking (if
you haven't already) to see if there is an equivalent newsgroup in the
fr.* hierarchy.
If you would be interested on working on a translation, this would be
a great opportunity to massively increase your FreeBSD expertise.
