Hi Jenkins Admin / Dag-Erling,

I would like to know more about the environment where
FreeBSD-main-amd64-test runs.
The "usr.bin.unzip.functional_test.test_I" does not fail in our internal
libarchive testing and that includes FreeBSD on Cirrus CI.
The test creates an UTF-8 named file and tries to read data from it. If
it is environment-specific than we should fix the environment or disable
the single test.

Best regards,
Martin Matuska
