Actually, the correct solution is to use cvsup's delete option.

linprocfs depends on linux, so it must be already loaded (probably
compiled into the kernel).  The problem is that linux_base is not
installed, and for some reason (incomplete or corrupt ports tree,
perhaps?) the dependency fails to bring it in.
