And, yes, I would apply that to human beings as well -- though I didn't see anything up to this point that would have moved the discussion to "human beings". If you couldn't string two intelligent sentances together, I sure as hell wouldn't hire you as a writer. If _I_ am the one making the choice, _I_ will decide who meets "sufficient quality." This diversion, Brett, is an an example of why people aren't listening to you.
