Too bad this was too late for 5.2.1, wasn't it? Is there a quick hack how I could use the new ACPICA with 5.2.1, e.g. just cvs update -A a couple files and directories? Ore are you planning a MFC to RELENG_5_2? I've been suffering the battery status problem, and suspend/resume never worked for me as well -- Compaq Evo N800w. -- Regards, Georg.
