FYI, the "All Rights Reserved" fluff was a required legal formality in many countries before the Berne Convention. If you left it out, you would forfeit your so-called "moral rights", including your right to require that your 2-clause license be retained. ;-) I'm told that the phrase is now only needed in some obscure cases involving obscure South American countries, but I am not a lawyer, so I leave it in anyway...
