Not to pick nits, but Episcopalians do believe in Saints, as a general
rule. They hold religious services on All Saints Day, but in the
parish I grew up in there were never more than 5-10 people attending
unless it was Sunday. Protestants are such a huge group of people it
is hard generalize about them. All Saints Day in the US is a very
minor religious holiday in some places, and a big deal in other,
typically Catholic/Hispanic, places. It all depends on where you go
and who you hang with.
In the rest of the world, I have no clue.

This is true too. And even then the celebrations of Halloween have
little in common with the pagan celebrations other than a few poorly
copied trappings. All the religious aspects of the pagan holiday have
been completely shorn from most celebrations of Halloween. If you
don't believe me about that, then arrange with your local Coven to
attend a real Samhain Sabbat, if they will allow the uninitiated to
participate or even know of their existence.
