Yes.  You have an error on your hard disk.  The information gives you
block number, cylinder, track, and sector:

fsbn 1703991 of 1703984-1703995 (wd0s1 bn 2523191; cn 157 tn 15 sn 41)

Since you're using this machine only for FreeBSD, the best idea would
be to use your system's BIOS utility to reformat the first hard disk
drive.
