They seem to be dated atleast 6 months ago... I guess one can just install apache13 from the ports collection with the patch for Apache from the website to add mod_frontpage and then add mod_jserv/mod_php3/4 from the ports collection. I thought there was mod_ssl already on the ports collection or maybe install apache13+modssl instead of apache13 and it might work.
