is there any parameter which when monitored can tell
you the video quality has decreased when multimedia is
played by ,say, realplayer?
i am looking for something which tells the quality has
decreased, not something which one makes out by
observing visually.
packets dropped may be one answer but is there any
more?
also can such parameters in realplayer be accessed in
a piece of code in any way ?
Thanks in advance,
vinod
