I also have a Dell LX running FreeBSD, due to MUCH help from Greg Lehey. My intent is to attack getting X windows running on it this coming week- end or the next. If there's interest, I can report on any success here. Even if there's no interest, I may be bringing any lack of success here. I've got an XPi also here that would be interesting to attempt FreeBSD on, but I unfortunately need to keep Win95 on the fool thing to get my e-mail from the Dell network. Win95 only crashed on me twice today, so I sup- pose it was a good day. I am interested in hearing of any other success or lack thereof with Dell notebooks and FreeBSD. -- Jerry Dunham GS650G Atarian ordinaire jdunham@fc.net (512)335-0674 (H) jdunham@awesome-f0.us.dell.com (512)728-4026 (O) It's easier to get forgiveness for being wrong than forgiveness for being right.
