Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am writing to ask your help installing a port. The port is mail/mutt (but I don't think that there is a problem with the port). I have checked out a copy of CVS port archive prior to running make in mail/mutt; AFAIK the versions of the mutt Makefile (113) and that for /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.ports.mk (411 ?) are the same as the CVS web interface (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports). Running make produces Error: your port uses an old layout. Please update it to match this bsd.port.mk. If you have updated your ports collection via cvsup and are still getting this error, see Q12 and Q13 in the cvsup FAQ on http://www.polstra.com for further information. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/mail/mutt. Your suggestions are welcome. Thank you, Yours sincerely. -- Stanley Hopcroft Say that he's a loser 'cause he got no common sense Because he don't increase his worth at someone else's expense.
