Log:
Add set-misc-nginx third-party module.
Remove DEVEL_KIT_MODULE from OPTIONS, because the devel_kit module
is used as a toolkit for other modules.
Add internal USE_NGINX_DEVEL_KIT variable.
Cleanup whitespaces.
Do not bump PORTREVISION because these modules disabled by default.
