Almost right (or maybe exactly right, just worded strangely :)

When you get to the fdisk portition of the install, first, select wd0 (your
boot device).  Just go through without modifying anything, then tell it to
install the boot manager to the MBR.  After that, proceed to wd1, and set up
your file systems for FreeBSD.  Again, tell it to install the boot manager
to the MBR.

When you go to boot your system, you should recieve a menu, saying something
like:

F1 DOS
F5 Second HD

Select F5 for the second HD, then select F1 (or whatever) for FreeBSD, and
it should boot.
