I just did a new unstall of FreeBDS 5.3 RELEASE for AMD64 on a dual Opter= on 4 GB DRAM Tyan S2885. Unlike other entries here, this new install was not = done with the RAID 3ware driver. Nor were the symptoms alike. The install went along fine till when the x86congfig was supposed to beco= me available and be run during install. There were no such commands availab= le. = X does not properly start. Please assist.
