Yes.... except that currently the port installs nslookup in ${PREFIX}/bin instead of sbin.... the base puts it in /usr/sbin (which is bogus, but historical). I have a raft of fixes for the port to do, but I've been quite busy in my day job, so they are scheduled to do this weekend while my RELENG_4 buildworld with the new bind in it is test-compiling. -- "We have known freedom's price.
