Hi all,

I've just fixed one ticks related bug in -HEAD. It should make 11n
aggregation work again. Sigh.

I have this sneaking, horrible feeling that there are more ticks
signed comparison bugs lurking in the code. So I'd really appreciate
some help eyeballing and reviewing the net80211 code for "ticks
correctness."
