Yeah, "apples and oranges", we had that discussion so many times
before.. VintageInit seems 8-bit now with 128 bytes of RAM and 8 CPU
registers :D

In a perfect world vendors would provide the Open-Source drivers by
default on a permissible non-viral license so anyone could use them on
their beloved OS. We could count many BigTech companies that actually
prevents that. Maybe that day will come before 32 bits overflow the
timestamp :-)
