This is an interesting case. If this had been a Danish company, they would have been in a bad stew. 1. They are misrepresenting themselves (admittedly rather clumsily) but the email is meant to look like it comes from some disinterested third party, and not from CHAG itself. 2. It's illegal to advertise this kind of financial "information" as "door-sales" material, which this would be, considering that it is sent to named individuals. 3. Having broken the law, they would be suspended and probably severly punished by the stock exchange... Ahh the pleasures of civilization.
