I'm very familiar with ipfw's workings, thanks. The fact remains
that DUMMYNET works with IPFIREWALL only. IPFILTER works in unison
with IPFIREWALL(aka ipfw), but you can't use DUMMYNET pipes with
IPFILTER rules..
