try doing a verbose boot (the -v flag). This produces a lot more info
which could be useful.

In short, the kernel tries to activate the card by reading from the
pnp_rd_port (which apparently is supposed to be globally valid). Your
Dynalink failed the activation.

I don't use PnP so I can't provide any more help.
