The branch main has been updated by sunpoet: URL: https://cgit.FreeBSD.org/ports/commit/?id=c3a9969a6a94ba8c26899529e5cf7f5bc7297f52 commit c3a9969a6a94ba8c26899529e5cf7f5bc7297f52 Author: Po-Chuan Hsieh <sunpoet@FreeBSD.org> AuthorDate: 2024-03-23 15:10:40 +0000 Commit: Po-Chuan Hsieh <sunpoet@FreeBSD.org> CommitDate: 2024-03-23 15:10:40 +0000 x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai: Add noto-sans-thai 2.002 When text is rendered by a computer, sometimes characters are displayed as "tofu". They are little boxes to indicate your device doesn't have a font to display the text. Google has been developing a font family called Noto, which aims to support all languages with a harmonious look and feel. Noto is Google's answer to tofu. The name noto is to convey the idea that Google's goal is to see no more "tofu". Noto has multiple styles and weights, and is freely available to all. The comprehensive set of fonts and tools used in our development is available in our GitHub repositories. This port provides the fonts set of Noto Sans Thai. --- x11-fonts/Makefile | 1 + x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/Makefile | 28 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/distinfo | 3 +++ x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/pkg-descr | 12 ++++++++++++ x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/pkg-plist | 36 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 5 files changed, 80 insertions(+) diff --git a/x11-fonts/Makefile b/x11-fonts/Makefile index 1d13b11ba236..2cb6af1dfd60 100644 --- a/x11-fonts/Makefile +++ b/x11-fonts/Makefile @@ -223,6 +223,7 @@ SUBDIR += noto-sans-symbols2 SUBDIR += noto-sans-tc SUBDIR += noto-sans-telugu + SUBDIR += noto-sans-thai SUBDIR += noto-sc SUBDIR += noto-serif-hk SUBDIR += noto-serif-jp diff --git a/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/Makefile b/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/Makefile new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..a33b461969c1 --- /dev/null +++ b/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/Makefile @@ -0,0 +1,28 @@ +PORTNAME= noto +PORTVERSION= 2.002 +CATEGORIES= x11-fonts +MASTER_SITES= https://github.com/notofonts/thai/releases/download/NotoSansThai-v${PORTVERSION}/ +PKGNAMESUFFIX= -sans-thai +DISTNAME= NotoSansThai-v${PORTVERSION} +DIST_SUBDIR= Noto + +MAINTAINER= sunpoet@FreeBSD.org +COMMENT= Google Noto Sans Thai +WWW= https://fonts.google.com/noto \ + https://notofonts.github.io/ \ + https://github.com/notofonts/thai + +LICENSE= OFL11 +LICENSE_FILE= ${WRKSRC}/OFL.txt + +USES= fonts zip + +NO_ARCH= yes +NO_BUILD= yes +NO_WRKSUBDIR= yes + +do-install: + ${MKDIR} ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + ${INSTALL_DATA} ${WRKSRC}/NotoSansThai/hinted/ttf/*.ttf ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + +.include <bsd.port.mk> diff --git a/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/distinfo b/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/distinfo new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..1fc2e20a569b --- /dev/null +++ b/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/distinfo @@ -0,0 +1,3 @@ +TIMESTAMP = 1710676095 +SHA256 (Noto/NotoSansThai-v2.002.zip) = af889cc673fc714060ce5e4e088fbad32aa4c0571a19958efeaff128a22da485 +SIZE (Noto/NotoSansThai-v2.002.zip) = 4720990 diff --git a/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/pkg-descr b/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/pkg-descr new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..eea12a663afe --- /dev/null +++ b/x11-fonts/noto-sans-thai/pkg-descr @@ -0,0 +1,12 @@ +When text is rendered by a computer, sometimes characters are displayed as +"tofu".
