I hope the problem with rev.1.22 is just spelling inconsistencies in
dev/pccbb/pccbb.c and the user's configuration ("hw.cbb.start_mem"
in the environment used to match the tunable "hw.cbb.start_memory",
but rev.1.22 fixed this).
PR 37443 is about the same bug as your patch. It has a slightly larger
patch (involving moving the (*cp == '\0') clause into the new else clause).
