To avoid such mistake, and make it easy for others to notice if such
mistakes are made, committers are encouraged to put something like:
Upgrade from 0.1 to 0.2. (or alike)
in the commit log.
I remember Satoshi was once saying that this sort of commit log makes
his life a bit easier when he has to clean up the distfiles
directory. So I've been saying `Upgrade, old version -> new
version''.
