I actually enjoy the flavorful CVSROOT/access logs as one of the
interesting social features of the FreeBSD community. Perhaps
we could make welcome both the hard data and the jokes, history,
and other cultural information by providing fields for the basics
and freestyle prose afterward.
The following field names could be added to our standard list.
Committer Name: (FAMILY given | given FAMILY)
Username: username
Mentors: [mentor ...]
Commit Trees: [{doc,ports,src,www,projects,distrib,all} ...]
Project: [project description]
Comments and improvements welcome, of course.
