1) the IP adress is obviously wrong ... or do you have a different ip  
stack than the rest of the world? :-)

2) i am pretty shure that you simply have no favicon.ico in your  
webroot. many browser request if, if it is there they show it in your  
browsers tabs. this is no error itsekf, it is perfectly ok when you  
have no such file.
