FYI, the reason I thought that this was already handled is that my output of 'manpath -q' includes everything that I think it should... however, you know more about this topic than I do. :) You might also want to verify that periodic weekly does the right thing after your changes... Frankly, I still think that there is a disconnect here somewhere.
