It is not possible to define a dumpdev for kernel crash dumps on a swap
partition above a gjournal provider. The reason is the missimg handling
of "GEOM::kerneldump" in g_journal.c.

The command dumpon /dev/mirror/gm0.journalb fails with the message
dumpon: ioctl(DIOCSKERNELDUMP): Operation not supported.
