This may be completely wrong, but it worked for me:

fetch -o /usr/src/usr.bin/xlint/lint1/cgram.y \
  ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/branches/4.0-stable/src/usr.bin/xlint/lint1/cgram.y
