I added a hook (suggested by John Fieber) to share/doc/Makefile so you can build documentation for all languages during make world time. (I also made it descend to ${LANG} if it is set and a subdirectory of that name exists but that part is not relevant here.) I also added a Makefile to share/doc/ja_JP.EUC. Can you merge this into the 2.2 and do the appropriate dance to create a "jdocdist" (or whatever the right name is) so custom installers (most notably FreeBSD-2.2(J)) can use them? Thanks Satoshi
