It's a build dependency, which makes a lot of sense. Firefox includes a lot=
 of
HTML/CSS/JS, and various preprocessors, minifiers, and other tooling for
HTML/CSS/JS is mostly written in JS.

Firefox is very unlikely to depend on node at *runtime*.
