 Please look at the developers handbook
 (http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/developers-handbook/kerneldebug.html)
 to get a kernel backtrace etc from the dump you have. We need to know
 where we are looking at. The symptoms you are describing are not seen by
 me, and I have a geom_mirror running on my production colocated webserver
 (moderatly loaded).
