/etc/rc.d/named allows you to specify the path to a separate "named" via $named_program. However, the system "rndc" program is assumed. How about a $rndc_program variable to specify a custom "rndc" program similar to $named_program?

This will allow us to use our custom-built BIND with /etc/rc.d/named.
