Can I use the command line in FreeBSD-CURRENT to query the version of a
package in the FreeBSD _12_ repo at
<https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:12:amd64/release_2>?

Or, if I download the packagesite.txz alone then can I query the version
of a package _without_ extracting the contents of the `.txz` file?
