* When I 'make world' after I retrieved the freebsd-stable from cvsup, * an error comes telling me that make can't recognize '-B' * flag, which appear many times in the Makefile, * * make: illegal option -- B * usage: make [-eiknqrst] [-D variable] [-d flags] [-f makefile ] * [-I directory] [-j max_jobs] [variable=value] * * What's wrong here, should I use another version of make or * gmake instead? I assume you are trying to build 2.2-stable on a 2.1.5R or older system. Please send the full log of the make session and the output of "grep Id /usr/src/Makefile". Satoshi
